The Problem
The client operates in the real estate sector and faced significant challenges in managing, verifying, and presenting property-related data efficiently. Their existing system was largely manual and lacked a centralized digital infrastructure, leading to operational inefficiencies and data inconsistencies. One of the primary issues was the inability to accurately track property ownership. The client struggled to maintain clear records of which property was assigned to which individual, resulting in confusion, delays, and potential disputes. There was no reliable mechanism for clients or customers to independently verify property ownership or access detailed information about their assets. Our Solution
